On November 24, our serviceman visited Mrs*** and tested her water which had a TDS test of 13. If someone had salt in their water, the test would have to be over TDS. We advised the customer to maintain a sample of her water at the time she believes it to be undrinkable so we can test it. The system regenerates with potassium chloride not sodium chloride and that, as well as any other natural salts, are removed by the Neptune Bottle Water factory. We are trying very hard to satisfy the customer and will continue to do so. We guarantee quality water and thats what the customer has. We will not remove the equipment or issue any refund

Inspection of the system found no salt in water or burning taste.  System removes any salt that might be in the water through a scientific process called membrance technology and that was working perfectly.
