We had a CONTRACT with this company The contract clearly stated the total price for the work There was no indication that the price quoted was an estimate We were treated as if we were the ones who made the mistake The area supervisor told me that "we will not be painting your house, no matter what." He was extremely rude We were not aware that the young man who quoted the work was an intern - we were not told verbally and it is not in the contract No one has ever said they were sorry for the mistake, no one has ever offered any type of attempt to satisfy us as the customer The response listed here from the company appears to be from a receptionist The management of this company does not have any concern for the people they mistreat It is a sad state of affairs that this is the norm in today's business Until we receive some sort of apology, we will continue to tell everyone who will listen about the absolutely terrible customer service platform this company has.

He interned with us this summer and was the Branch Manager that was assisting Ms. [redacted] with the project.We received this complaint from the Revdex.com this morning (9/9/2016). The issue is now registered in our system. Our General Manager of Colorado operations has contacted Ms. [redacted] today via phone to schedule a time to fix any issues with the project.
