The japanese respondent representing Cal's Cleaners on [redacted] is showing the exact same lack of responsibility and accountability that the oriental woman had when I first took my Dress Slacks to present the double crease that they put on them.
As a direct result of both orientals' voluntary position in this matter, their debt will be taken care of by those who make debtors pay what they owe in full plus additional fees.
I hereby resoundingly reject the oriental debtors' response.
I wish to sincerely thank the B.B.B. for their cooperation in this matter.

In response to the complaint that we put on a permanent double crease on his trouser is certainly untrue.  [redacted] is not a regular customer.  His patronage is infrequent and when he does come in he usually brings a folded shirt only..The trouser in question is an old trouser which had many...

double creases when it was brought in.  Our presser remembers trying to press the trouser the first time since it had more than one permanent crease already there.  He brought the trouser back and we re-ironed the trouser as best as possible.  When he came to pick it up, I asked him to look at it and is it O.K. he answered Yes that’s fine.  However, we received a letter from [redacted] (enclosed) stating we put on that double crease (permanent one) but did not leave a phone number.  He certainly didn’t give us an opportunity to look at the trouser and give our version.There is no way to put a permanent crease on a trouser with the iron we use.  Since we are experiencing presser (mechanical) problems the method we use to press is a hand steam iron with [redacted] shoe.  This does not allow the metal iron to touch the fabric it has the [redacted] shoe on.  Basically you are pressing with steam only and vacuum.  If we pressed it wrong we can reiron it without incurring a double crease. But [redacted] did not know that.  So ask any professional drycleaner unless you use a home iron or a hot head presser (we didn’t have that) we could not have put that permanent double crease on.It’s sad that we are accused of this and did not have a chance to mediate things with [redacted].  But we stand by our reputation that we pride ourselves in our professional work.

[redacted] The oriental running Cal's Cleaners ARE NOT the exception.If they accepted Dress Slacks pressumed-to-be old and with several creases, then, they whould not have accepted to dry clean them. If the oriental accepted them is because they did not have a reason not to.The manufacturer of the $35.00 Dress Slacks discontinued production. I hereby state that I will only accept the price of [redacted] Dress Slacks from [redacted]'s Men Store -or similar retailer of my choice- at their price which is $65.00 plus Sales Tax. I here by end this case for NON-PAYMENT. Those in charge of collecting will take over for as long as it is necessary.Once again, I sincerly express my appreciation to the B.B.B. personnel for their commitment to solve situations which are unresolvable because of the low class humans involved.
