I was the owner of the [redacted] at the time when [redacted] lived thereWe have since sold the Apartments on December 2, When an Apartment Complex is sold, all tenant files stay with the propertyTherefore, I am unable to access this file to get paperwork etcI can, however, tell you what I know about this tenant’s complaintOur Company Policy with ALL the Apartment Complexes we own, is that we have a pest control company that goes to the complexes every month to spray the apartmentsAll apartments are sprayed to keep any problem from occurringIf any tenant complains about Roaches, we call in the pest control immediatelyThen we do follow-ups to make sure they don’t come backThe [redacted] is a lovely fairly new complex that we NEVER had any complaints about Roaches until [redacted] We did immediately call in the Pest ControlThey sprayed the apartmentThe pest control said they did not see any RoachesShe complained again, so we called him backAll appliances were pulled out where bugs usually hide and still we could find no RoachesWe re-spayed againThen she complained again and we sent pest control back for a third time to spray again and still NO ROACHES were foundShe could never show the Manager or the Pest Control the Roaches she was talking aboutWe could do nothing to make this tenant happyThe tenant obviously just wanted to move and break her leaseYou may contact me at [redacted] [redacted] ***
