I was sold the wrong part and then told its my fault have a good day.I gave rep all model info .so how is it my faulti was treated very poorly,the employee was inconsiderate and would not listen when I had a problem with my purchase.At first I thought they were great ,order was easy and on time but it was the wrong part.instead of fixing order they said that I placed the order wrong and to have a nice day and hung up before I could explain that I did place order wrong on ebay but that upon receiving wrong part I called and spoke to customer service and gave them the model information and again they sent the wrong part.Thats not my fault!!!!Also I was treated like a criminal and will never do business with company again vans automotive
I bought a starter clutch ,gear , idler ,and bearing kit from Caltric , paid mechanic to install ($125) weeks later it went out , I contacted them after several attemts , and was told there was a day only warranty they were very RUDE and said they would only send me a bearing not the whole kit , witch they recomended I replace gear do to bearing going out can cause scaring on it , now I have to pay mechanic again ($125) and buy a gaskit kit ($20) and hope it does not go out on me again !!! Im scared to go in to the woods for fear it might go out again !!!!! Very unhappy with Caltric I Will never buy from them again bad seller
