What a wonderful experience my husband and I had at Calumet Bank - Columbus (January 2016) We are tired of impersonal, big businesses where customers are little more than a number and we experienced quite the opposite at Calumet I went in to open a new account and was greeted by personal banker *** *** who was not only very knowledgeable about banking in general but estate law accounts as wellShe was so professional and helpful that after my husband and I talked about it we went back and opened a second accountAll the tellers and personal bankers greet you when you come in and they actually answer their phone - a real person answers, not a machine! How refreshing!
