The work was through the Veterans Administration
The inside issues we were aware of was addressedThe business we purchased the concrete from came out and said there was nothing wrong with it
I called a concrete resurfacing company and
they contacted the customer, but the customer said he did not want the any discoloration in the concreteHowever, that could not be guaranteed and the resurfacing was not done
We were instructed by the VA not to contact the customer while they are investigating the issue
Each job we complete the customer signs off that they were satisfied with the workWhich is what we have for the inside work

This is the first time I was contacted about this complaintA gentleman contacted my father on the 17th of February (not sure why he contacted my father which has nothing to do with Calvary Development)I received the message on the 18th I then contacted the gentleman that same morningThis man(sorry I did not write down his name) preceded to tell me the complaintI then told him that Arnold ready mix had been out to the site he said we have no control of what Mother Nature does, and that the pops are cosmetic and does not effect the integrity of the concreteThe sales ticket shows the contractor used an appropriate amount of water and we used the best aggregate you can get for the areaIt is up to the homeowner to decide if they want to seal the concrete at there own expense (if they so choose not to, the freeze and thaw of the concrete CAN pop, salt accelerates it)Homeowners must be careful as to what chemicals are placed on the concrete (SALT, acids, etceven animal urine can sometimes be harmful)We then discussed the couple of other complaints that could not be true because they signed a paper stating that they were satisfied with the workWe completed this job approximately years agoWe had a long discussion probably an hour so I could not write it all downIn closing I gave the gentleman my email, phone, and address which is probably how you got this emailSo if you could check you will see that I do have a report on the 18thLook I am sorry, I am not trying to be rude but please understandWe have been in business since and we take pride in our work, we are solely a referral company so 100% of our work comes from a friend or relative of a satisfied customerPlease understand that we have gone over and above what any contractor that I know would have done for the ***'sI have at least a hole page of extras that we have done for the ***'s for no chargeI have offered to send a resurfacing contractor out to fill the pops also at no charge and Mr *** has stated he does not want that doneI believe they are being unrealistic
Last thing, for the Revdex.com to give Calvary Development an unsatisfactory business performance I believe is unfair and unjust
