I started my daughter at CFMAF almost 1/years ago, in their Little Warriors program, right after she turned I was searching for a program that would help her focus and develop confidence And I found it! She has some special needs and I wanted a program that would work with us to help her grow Since then she has graduated from the Little Warriors Program into the Family program and is working her way into the Black Belt Club I decided to join my daughter and also train at CFMAF And I'm so glad I did! I love [redacted] and [redacted] 's program, outlook and encouragement They care and make you feel like family They make the training fun but still disciplined They seek out world champions to come teach seminars to make their students better Their techniques are real world and will work when you need them to, they are not pretty and showy for a demonstration They teach the children anti-bullying, anti-abduction, home and stranger safety, respect, responsibility,

CFMAF is an outstanding school. For anyone new to martial arts, personal fitness, getting back into fitness or for families looking for somewhere that they can come together to grow and learn with each other-- this is the place. From the great owners, instructors , fellow families and members that make up the center there really is an overall sense of a "family environment" that is witnessed. As the school says, "You don't get what you wish for , you get what you work for." With that said , the school has earned every ounce of respect and praise that it has received.

Master C and Heather pay very close attention to each student, and spend a significant amount of time encouraging them to push themselves and perform more repetitions, which will improve their
ability with unfamiliar techniques until they are comfortable with each one.

When I first came to CFMAF, I wasn't the most liked person. I had no confidence in myself as a person. After 4 years and great relationships with not only what is now my extended family there, but also others, I can proudly say I'm a better person because of them. They invest themselves into you and will proudly claim you as an important part of both only their students, but also a family member and will treat you as such.

I love CFMAF! I've been working out there for 9 months and doing their Hapkido classes! At CFMAF not only do they get to know you and your personal goals but their workouts are effective! I'm also a person there and not just another number. It is small enough to where everyone becomes friends but these people are experts in what they do! Amazing gym, amazing people! Keeps me motivated!

Our child has been attending karate at CFMAF for what seems forever. He started at 3 years old and is now 6! He absolutely loves it. We are definitely not going anywhere any time soon. We have gained a whole new community by being a part of CFMAF. They really care about your kids and family. They want the best for everyone. I can't wait to be able to start our youngest son there!

My son has been taking lessons here for a year. This is one sport he really enjoys. He has some sensory issues. His hand eye coordination is not great. Here he gets to be a leader. That is very important to him.
