As previously stated in a complete response to *** ***'s complaint, this issue is obviously going to go back and forth with each of us defending our position on this matter** *** does not like to be truthful in any part of her recollection of the events that took placeThe water filter was absolutely part of the original $1,that was collected with only part of it going towards a deposit for the main panel replacementNot only is it untrue that informed ** *** to purchase her own materials online, I called her after discussing price and availability from the local plumbing supply house and she still chose to opt for her own filter from this online sourceAs for the filter cartridge being installed incorrectly it is impossible as any filter cartridge itself can't be installed wrong as they can be universally installed either way (not the water lines but the cartridge itself, and as ** *** has repeatedly stated numerous times it was a cartridge issue)Also before leaving her residence, she was showed how the spindown filter operates, and she saw for herself the cyclone action that discharged iron into the bucket belowLet's please move on to the heaterIt was not an issue as ** *** stated so severely, if it was then I would have either passed out myself or had similar illnesses (again, the heater was placed outside)Now lets again discuss how ** *** thinks that I didn't want to return to her house from Thursday until Tuesday** *** had called ONE TIME to state that the "electric flickered but was OK at the time"Again, considering the miserable weather that night and that the electric was working upon the ONE phone call, it was the smartest and safest decision not to return that nightHad ** *** called again at either of the companies phone numbers stating otherwise then of course a return trip ASAP would have been madeAll of the phone records show that no further call was made at any time showing otherwise which will be available to the judge now that we've been pushed far enough by ** *** to proceed through the court process** *** can expect court papers to be arriving in the futureAgain, ** *** has wronged numerous contractors previously and has been sued in the past and lostI will provide those public records to the judge as well

11/02/To Whom it May Concern,My name is Jonathan G***, owner of Calvary Plumbing & Electric (located in Cresco Pa 18326)I am writing to you about a complaint placed by *** ** ***The following ID#*** was stated in your letter for reference.I apologize if this letter gets
quite lengthy but there are many details involving this particular customer that require some background information.*** *** originally place a call on 02/17/stating that there was "no water" throughout the houseSince it was an emergency, I put her first before the other calls scheduled for that dayOnce arrived found that there was a bad check valve and pressure switch at the well tank and replaced both fittings including necessary pipe and connectionsHappy with the work, *** *** inquired about about several other issues in the house starting with the heavy discoloration in the water due to iron coming up from the wellI recommended an iron filtration system but she stated that she didn't want to invest that type of money until the basement remodel had progressed furtherI then recommened a spindown filter that would temporarily help until the water conditioning system could be installedShe insisted on purchasing her own parts and then would have me return to perform the installation which I agreed toAfter approximately weeks *** *** called to inform me that the filter was in so I scheduled the appointment accordinglyUpon arrival noticed and showed her that the two piece filter they sent was a mismatched sizedShe said that she would pay the service fee for my wasted trip but I declined and told her to call them back and just have the correct one sent*** *** called me again about a week later stating that the new filter is in, so again, I scheduled another appointmentUpon arriving found that yet again the filter was still the wrong size and brought it to her attentionBoth of us frustrated, I still declined in collecting any type of charges for the second wasted tripFinally on the third trip to her residence the filter was the correct size to started with the installationDuring the work *** *** had asked about replacing both the main electrical panel and one of the two subpanelsAfter completing the plumbing work, *** *** agreed to replacing both of the electrical panels with one standard breaker panel (allowing for more room for future work we had discussed)She had paid me $1,including a partial deposit towards the electrical work to followI did inform her of an upcoming surgery that was scheduled and she informed me that I could work at my own paceI deposited the check, purchased all of the material and scheduled an appointment to start workA couple of days, prior to arrival, *** *** called and asked what type/brand electrical panel was going to installI told her it was a "***" brand panel directly from the supply house but she insisted that install a "*** *" panel since a family member told her that was bestI didn't hesitate or give her a hard time and simply returned the materials and re-purchased what she wantedI started work but before removing the electrical panel it was necessary to trace out many old circuits that were still live with power and exposed wiring throughout the basementAfter approximately hours of additional work on a Tuesday We had agreed on the the immediate following Thursday to remove and replace the actual electrical service panelsThursday came and unfortunately it was a snowy day but I still kept the appointment as promisedAfter about 2-hours *** *** came to the basement in a panic and told me that her dog had gotten out and she can't find him/herstopped working, got into my work truck and started to drive around in the snow looking for her dogAfter almost an hour, she calls me and asks where I am? I told her that I'm outside driving around looking for the dog and she replied "oh no, I had found him awhile ago"After an almost wasted hour with the Weather getting bad, returned and wired in the necessary circuitsDuring that time *** *** again returned to the basement and said that the heater was using was giving off a smellUnaware of any odor turned it off right away (the heater was located outside in the open air with the "heat only" blowing into the basement)As it was getting late we then agreed that I would return on the following Tuesday to complete the final installation, as some of the work done was temporary, but all would be done and completed on that next visitOn the way home *** *** had called and said that the lights had flickered but everything was normalConsidering the weather we had let the appointment stand for Tuesday (also, she was never told that she wasn't my only customer)Monday night prior to the Tuesday appointment *** *** called and said she didnt want me to come the next day and that she would call me to rescheduleThe next time I heard from her she told me that she had another contractor complete the work because she called me numerous times and I simply ignored all of her phone callsShe told me about the issues with her dog, which felt terrible about, but she would also not let me speak a work since she told me that this was her time to talk and not mineShe simply wanted me to think about what I had done and call her back with a solutionFull well knowing that she never called me and inform me that her power was completely out, I pulled my Verizon phone records to prove that she never, not once, placed a call to either of the two phone numbers that she can reach meatThere is no way I can help someone if they straight out lie about calling me*** *** then proceeded to write up a negative, and slanderous *** review onlineOnce she wasn't satisfied with that, she then proceeded to respond to any other customer's positive *** reviews with a negative review under an anonymous nameOnce that didn't help she then contacted my business insurance company for a monetary resolution but was denied since did no wrong doingAfter she wouldn't stop with the negativity online, proceeded to write her a letter, as advised by the courts, to remove the reviews or I would move forward legally based on her breach of contract, slander and loss of work/business due to the negative reviewsShe did remove all of the reviews except for her original review but has now contacted you, the Revdex.comThis harassment is beyond frustratingThere is no way that any refund is due considering all of the work, time and materials that have been invested into this CustomerIf the Revdex.com does decide in this Customer's favor and post a bad business rating, rest assured, Calvary Plumbing & Electric WILL ABSOLUTLY proceed with legal actionFeel free to pass any or all of this information on to *** *** *** ***.*** *** is not the victim in this particular case as she claims to beShe is a contractor abuser who had also fired several other plumbers, electricians and carpenters before l ever stepped foot into her homeLastly, in almost five years of business, *** *** is the one and only customer to do such a thingEvery customer is and always will be a priority as far as I'm concerned.Thank you for your time concerning this matterJonathan G

I am rejecting this response because:Mr. G[redacted] was hired to replace the electric panel. Due to surgery after he received $1200 deposit, he was not able to use his arm. He suggested instead to temporarily install a water filter. He asked I order the part from an online source. This is not at issue. In fact, the filter does not work. From what the plumber who corrected the issue said, it was not the correct size for the intended purpose. Further, the filter already in place was installed in reverse. The second plumber reinstalled the original filter and it is currently working properly. The sediment filter, which was not part of the electric panel contract, is no longer in use.As far as using a kerosene heater outdoors, this is not true. During the panel installation, temperatures outdoors were in the 20's. Mr. G[redacted] did not disclose that there would not be electric for the entire day. If he had, I would never have agreed to replace the panel. The heating system is electric! Further, the kerosene heater was placed in the exterior doorway, and fumes were pulled through the home like a vacuum. We were asphyxiated upstairs. When he returned the next day and once again set up the kerosene heater, I immediately told him that my head was still hurting from the day before and that he should not use the heater in the house again.I also had a dog who was ill at the time. She became increasingly lethargic and required a blood transfusion. She died a few weeks later. I do not believe it was due to the kerosene issue, but in her condition, it was devastating.On Thursday, I called to report there wasn't any heat at all. Mr. G[redacted] questioned where it was plugged in, how. He went over and over how it was not his doing. At that point, it didn't matter to me why there wasn't any electric. I needed it fixed. He said he would return on the following Tuesday. This is after weeks of an electric box open, 220v wires exposed. I called for emergency service. The entire panel and wall studs had to be removed, reinstalled. The concrete that had been chiseled in the wrong place filled, new drill holes in the correct position. And heat was restored the same day. I am only sorry that I did not call for emergency service sooner.Regards,[redacted]
