Mr. [redacted] felt that he was unfairly treated in how we handled the repair of one of his tires. He had purchased road hazard protection when he purchased the set of new tires on April 1, 2012. One of the front tires developed a leak in April of this year. Rather than replace the tire, we attempted to fix the leak. Unfortunately, the repair did not last and the tire began leaking again.
The customer felt that the tire should have been replaced. In this specific case, the tire should have been replaced rather than patched. I fully admit that this situation was not handled correctly. When it was brought to my attention, I contacted the customer. To make amends, we replaced both front tires free of charge. He was only charged $26.68 for optional road hazard protection for the two new tires. The customer also received a coupon for a free oil change.

I am Elaine Stringfellow and I reside in Monroe, Louisiana. Please accept this communication as an official complaint against Iberia Bank of Lafayette, Louisiana. I recently received a written notification from a representative named Sandy who is employed with Iberia Bank in Lafayette, Louisiana. She informed me that I owed a total of 261.00 in check fees and if I did not resolve the issue within a ten day period it would be turned over to a lawyer. The checking account that I had with Iberia Bank has been closed since 2009. Moreover, a class action lawsuit was filed against this bank because of the excessive fees that were being charged to customers. As a result of this law suit, Iberia was forced to provide monetary compensation to former and current customers. I dispute any amount of money owed to this bank. I am not certain if it is legal for them to pull accounts that were involved in the law suit and claim that those customers owe them money when Iberia has already agreed that they over charged the customers. Given that they overcharged customers, I am not certain if they can go back to the years when they were charging too much money for fees and demand that customers pay them the amounts of money that they overcharged. I am very displeased with this kind of fraudulent action that Iberia is trying to enact upon former customers.
I have been waiting since March15th for a credit for casings that we sent in to be recapped. After multiple phone calls to our local dealer there has been nothing done about this. I've attempted to find a number for their corporate office but don't see it anywhere on their website.
