Calvert Shell Station

I purchased *** *** cards , (2) are $and (2) are $gift cardsUpon purchased there was a problem with activating (1) of the $gift cards after sale was made / paidWe had to re-scan all the cards to make sure they were active and (1) $gift card was inactiveWe re-activated the card and a (2nd) time I paid for (1) $gift card and have a receipt showing I am getting a $refund for paying (times ) for a single gift cardI have personally went to resolve the matter and called the shell station a few times to resolve the matter but nothing is movingI even gave the shell station over a week to make sure there was plenty of time for the refund to be put back into my account I kept in mind business days for the refund to be put backThis did not happen
