ID [redacted] Revdex.com:Yes we installed a new windshield on 6-26-for [redacted] She called back the day after and talked to my secretary about her windshield wipers, which my secretary said bring it in and we will look at it The following day the customer showed up and told me that I broke her A/C also and that I owe her $because she took it to her mechanic and that's what they charged her to fix it I asked her why she didn't allow me to look at it first and her response was, "I already had it fixed It cost me $that's what you owe me." The customer said that we broke her A/C with our "violent installation." We use a glass removal power tool which is the most common tool in the glass industry We use it on every vehicle to take a windshield out The customer had vice grips attached to an A/C hose under her hood She accused us of knocking that off with the vibration so it was our fault she had no A/C the next day and had to take it to her mechanic to put the vice grips back on So basically her A/C had issues before and was rigged to begin with She also said that the following day her wiper motor sounded louder than normal I said our guys usually check them after every install She said they did, but they were talking to her so she didn't hear it The wipers work fine just her motor sounds a little loud Common with wear and tear over time If you need anything else please let us know [redacted] Owner/OperatorCalvin Auto Glass, LLC [redacted] ***P| [redacted] F| [redacted]

told me that I broke her A/C also and that I owe her $because she took it to her mechanic and that's what they charged her to fix it. I asked her why she didn't allow me to look at it first and her response was, "I already had it fixed. It cost me $that's what you owe me." The customer said that we broke her A/C with our "violent installation." We use a glass removal power tool which is the most common tool in the glass industry. We use it on every vehicle to take a windshield out. The customer had vice grips attached to an A/C hose under her hood. She accused us of knocking that off with the vibration so it was our fault she had no A/C the next day and had to take it to her mechanic to put the vice grips back on. So basically her A/C had issues before and was rigged to begin with. She also said that the following day her wiper motor sounded louder than normal. I said our guys usually check them after every install. She said they did, but they were talking to her so she didn't hear it. The wipers work fine just her motor sounds a little loud. Common with wear and tear over time. If you need anything else please let us know. *** ***Owner/OperatorCalvin Auto Glass, LLC*** *** *** *** ** ***P| ***F| ***
