I want to state that there was NO deception at all The vehicle in question was retailed AS/IS and with nothing promised We did offer to pay a portion of his repair that HE chose to have done somewhere else We are not going to pay full retail for a repair that we can do for less Attached are repair orders that we did to the vehicle at Grand west KiaMr [redacted] refused to take our Good Will Offer by stating he wanted 100% As I said before he did buy a year old classic vehicle which was on our website for $14,at the timeI offered him 70% of his claim out of good will but that wasn't good enough so I did state that it was 70% or ZERO his choice As for his trade it had more issues than the year old vehicle he boughtLike I said earlier I am will to help, however only at 70% of his claimRespectfully, Roger J [redacted] General Manager

***@Revdex.com,If I had not already been trying to deal with Grand West Kia for six weeks, I would be surprised that a short paragraph in response to my concerns, containing such absurd statements, would come from that businessNo one by the name of Roger J*** has ever introduced themselves or spoken to me in the four times I have been to GW KiaPerhaps because my letter was lengthy this person found it too much to read in its entiretyCertainly it would be both fair and honest to address what are very important issues for any consumerInstead I, and Revdex.com, are told that the vehicle I traded had more issues than a Ford BroncoMy vehicle was a Toyota Tacoma which I purchased months before from the showroom floor… not a scratch outside of the vehicle or a tear insideThe truck had less than 25,miles and was still under warrantyWere there any problem with it they would have had only to contact the Toyota dealer to address itCertainly it is embarrassing to have to reply to such silliness. As I stated before, having been hurried into the sale late on a Saturday evening, it was first thing Monday morning that I called the salesman, Dick, with details of the dangerous front end issuesHe advised me to take the Bronco to a local repair facilityMy home is 70-miles from GW KiaAgain! I state that driving it back to Grand Junction in such condition was not only impractical but a dangerous situation I was not about to repeatAgain! If they believed it had to be repaired in their shopThey should have said it needed to be towed to Grand Junction I would have agreed to split the towing chargeThe mechanic at *** *** as well as two salesman and a mechanic at GW Kia agreed that the vehicle had no business on the highway when we all examined the bushings from the front end which had virtually disintegratedThese I gave to a man at GW Kia who said he needs them to “build his case with his boxx”Later, salesman Dick identified him as Tim, the general managerAnyone who has read my statement to Revdex.com would easily understand that it was much more than just about the moneyIt was more about my being put on the highway at dark with long drive ahead which I nearly lost control of several timesWith no one to call as I wasn’t even given a business card with any one’s home telephone number. As I told you on the phone, ***, as of today, Sept GW Kia has yet to do the payoff as agreed, on my ToyotaHad they followed through I would have gotten a refund from Toyota financing of approx $As it is now, I have lost that amount, have been forced to make another payment of $and will have to continue making payments with interest because of GW Kia’s lack of integrityNext payment due at beginning of October is $388.82Total out of pocket as of 9-24-is…$*** *** front end repair$from not paying off Toyota promptly$loan payment on 9-21-to Toyota$and will grow daily with interestHave left 10-messages with employees at GW Kia asking to speak to someone about paying off Toyota, as well, having the title of the Bronco given to me, which for some reason I have not receivedNo one has ever returned my callsThese six weeks I have heard of several others unsatisfied with GW Kia but I still have trouble understanding how they could botch so many pieces of what should have been a simple transaction between usI can only hope that this whole affair is the result of a series of unintentional mistakes or lack of follow-throughOtherwise it has been, and continues to be intentionalYours, *** ***

Mrs***, I am very sorry and concerned about your situation. I also see that you purchased your vehicle almost a year ago. We will be more than happy to assist you with your credit concerns and conditionOne thing I would like to ask is Why did you wait months to
ask? I was not working at Grand West Kia when you purchased, However we are more than happy to resolve the situation. Roger J*** General Manager

In response to the complaint ID#[redacted], First off attached is the response between KMF and Grand West Kia. This issue of the contract is not between Grand West Kia and Mrs. [redacted]. It is between KMF and Mrs. [redacted]. The contract that we had her sign, where everything was disclosed to her...

prior to signing documents, is accurate. The issue that occurred on the payment and the bill she received was due to an incorrectly calculated sales tax by KIA MOTOR FINANCE. The attached documentation will prove that. As far as the confusion about the lease itself it was explained to her in great depth before she chose to move forward. She is requesting something that we cannot change. The national advertisement that KIA put out is very confusing and we did go over that with her and made sure that it all made since. It was already told to her how much money she needed to put down to get to the advertised payment that KIA put out on their website. Nothing was changed or altered on the contract from what we discussed in the finance office. This customer is not very easy to talk to and not very rational at all. We let her talk for minutes at a time and when it comes time for us to address the concerns she has she keeps interrupting. We did refund her the difference in her payment which was $7.10 for 36 months, that total came to $255.60 We did not have to do that but when she was in here about a week ago that is the solution that she wanted. Apparently that was not good enough. We did not even have to do that based on KIA's statement below that I have attached. This was not a Grand West Kia issue. We did that to try and make amends with her as a customer. She has come into our showroom shouting that we have committed loan fraud and things like that. That is not the case. We have bent over backwards for her and we are truly sorry that she feels this way. Justin S[redacted] Grand West Kia Finance Manager/General Sales Manager ###-###-####

Ms. [redacted],I spoke with [redacted] today (8/6/2017) and we went over the mailer together.  While going over the disclaimer we both agreed that it was compliant.  The Restaurant Certificates were while supplies lasted and we had had a much more than expected response than planned for....

I told [redacted] that we have an event that starts this week and I have some more certificates.  I will hold one in my office to give to them.Roger J[redacted]

In response to the customers concern,  The payoff on her vehicle traded in has been processed and mailed to the lienholder 9/27/2017.  We are extremely sorry for the delay due to a rogue employee that we have recently let go for concerns that lead to the delay.

less.  Attached are repair orders that we did to the vehicle at Grand west Kia. Mr. [redacted] refused to take our Good Will Offer by stating he wanted 100%.  As I said before he did buy a 22 year old classic vehicle which was on our website for $14,900 at the time. I offered him 70% of his claim out of good will but that wasn't good enough so I did state that it was 70% or ZERO his choice.  As for his trade it had more issues than the 22 year old vehicle he bought. Like I said earlier I am will to help, however only at 70% of his claim. Respectfully,  Roger J[redacted]General Manager

Mr. & Mrs. [redacted]'s trade Payoff has been sent Ck# [redacted] and their transaction took place in Late July approx. 6 weeks ago.  We will be more than willing to contact any CB and assist with clearing up any issue with this transaction. Roger J[redacted]General Manager

To: Revdex.comFRM: Roger J[redacted]Grand West Kia Our offer to good will 70% of what Mr. [redacted] spent on the 95 Bronco still stands.  I checked with our payoff dept and his payoff on the Toyota traded in goes out tomorrow 9/28/2017 is in this weeks batch of payoffs.  We had an internal issue with a rogue employee that has caused some issues and that person has been let go and is under investigation.  We are extremely sorry for any issues this has caused him and any other customers during his employment. Roger J[redacted]GM/GWK
