I have just purchased my second truck from Cam Clark Ford, first Purchase was a flawless transaction a few years ago, my recent purchase this spring of has had multiple, multiple unforeseen issues that Cam Clark Needed to address, to the point I was "that" customer they were never going to make happy, with one issue after another and other issue came up with the purchase and another, at the time seemed endless problems, Cam Clark went out of their way, dealt with each issue as it arose to the point I am sure they didn't make a nickel off of my purchase, but at the end of the day, they stood behind their work, behind their word, and productA big thanks to Gary with one R! Mark in service, Steve in Parts and the Sales Manager, I thank you all for the help and for making everything go right and smooth, you were all great to deal with and will for sure buy from Cam Clark again!!!! I figured if I cannot come to the Revdex.com to complain I might as well write a review that tells a story that sometimes things don't always go smooth, but its how it gets handled, and the Cam Clark handled it perfect! I m a very Happy Cam Clark Customer! Thanks Guys!

In response to the complaint, here are the facts as we see them:
- Customer brought vehicle to us in January, complaint was...

with regard to drive train and clunk from front of vehicle when turning.
- We rectified concerns (paid under extended service plan).
- Customer returns 9,000km later with a broken transfer case. When told of the issue he states that he told us that it was broken on the first visit.
- We let the customer know that his extended warranty company requires his authorization to tear down the transfer case (in case the failure is not mechanical and is actually abuse).
- [redacted] As the customer would not listen to or discuss anything with our Service Manager, we asked that he pick up his truck.
The dealership issues with this complaint, these questions come from our Service Manager (who is a Master Technician by trade):
- If the customer complained of something being wrong with the transfer case on the first visit, we would have looked at it.
- The truck was gone for 9,000 and 4 months. A broken transfer case has no chance of surviving either.
- There was no complaint from the customer during this period of time.
I would like to end this response by reiterating one point...there is a chance that the customer's extended service plan will cover the broken transfer case. [redacted]
