Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the business failed to mail a bill or something in writing to allow me to dispute this, and the harassment and threats for leagal action are not in compliance with my rights under the FDCPA Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

November 4, Dear Revdex.com in regards to complaint from [redacted] ID [redacted] : This customer owes [redacted] Ford in Lakewood $for her down paymentNot one time has she disputed thatI left messages on her cell phone on Oct 11th, 12th, 14th, 17th, and then emailed her from my business email which has my business name on itShe did return the email stating she would pay $per month on a $balanceI let her know this was unacceptableI asked for regular payments set up on a credit cardShe refusedShe wanted to mail a $on Oct 19thI let her know we'd try the mail once, but if it was lost, or run late, we'd need a card numberShe also demanded to know who I was, which is fineI gave her Margie H [redacted] direct line at the dealership, but to my knowledge, she never took the time to verify thatUnfortunately, Google has my listing incorrect and I've tried numerous times to get it changedIf Ms [redacted] really wanted to know who I was, she has the capability to research my license in New Mexico or simply call the dealership, but she hasn't done thatI emailed her on Oct 25th because I didn't have the paymentNo response, called and emailed again on th27th, 28th and on the 28th she responded by saying "I mailed it"Received a $payment on Nov 1st, a full weeks after it was supposed to be mailedShe stated she had to leave town and couldn't get it in the mail when statedI again reiterated we would need a card from here on outShe refusedShe said she would mail $on Nov 4thI emailed her today to verify it went in the mail, she emailed me around 4:stating it had been mailedUnfortunately, legal action will take place if Ms [redacted] can't communicate with me and work something out that is acceptable to both of usI am happy to work out some payment arrangement, but Ms [redacted] is not in a position to dictate that a debt take well over a year to payI'll reiterate that $50-$a month is not going to be acceptableMs [redacted] knows that she owes the money as the dealership refunded her a check they cashed too early, but then she never made good on that original checkI have attached a copy of the check that she received and cashedIf Ms [redacted] needs a "bill", she should contact Margie H [redacted] at ###-###-####I'm a bit surprised at a Revdex.com complaint in light ofthe situationBonnie M***

November 4, 2016 Dear Revdex.com in regards to complaint from [redacted] ID [redacted]: This customer owes [redacted] Ford in Lakewood $1500.00 for her down payment. Not one time has she disputed that. I left messages on her cell phone on Oct 11th, 12th, 14th, 17th, and then emailed...

her from my business email which has my business name on it. She did return the email stating she would pay $50 per month on a $1500 balance. I let her know this was unacceptable. I asked for regular payments set up on a credit card. She refused. She wanted to mail a $50 on Oct 19th. I let her know we'd try the mail once, but if it was lost, or run late, we'd need a card number. She also demanded to know who I was, which is fine. I gave her Margie H[redacted] direct line at the dealership, but to my knowledge, she never took the time to verify that. Unfortunately, Google has my listing incorrect and I've tried numerous times to get it changed. Unfortunately, legal action will take place if Ms. [redacted] can't communicate with me and work something out that is acceptable to both of us. I am happy to work out some payment arrangement, but Ms. [redacted] is not in a position to dictate that a debt take well over a year to pay. I'll reiterate that $50-$100 a month is not going to be acceptable. Ms. [redacted] knows that she owes the money as the dealership refunded her a check they cashed too early, but then she never made good on that original check. I have attached a copy of the check that she received and cashed. If Ms. [redacted] needs a "bill", she should contact Margie H[redacted] at ###-###-####.
