I have been a regular customer at Payless Furniture since I have bought all my furniture from them as I thought we had a good relationship with the management at the establishmentI bought a mattress in November (Eclipse Mattress)I was told there is a year satisfaction warrantyI personally like a stiff mattressThe owner mentioned if there is any defect in the mattress within years of the purchase, please contact him and he will send someone out to see the mattress and replace if necessaryOctober 2017, I contacted Payless that my mattress has sunken inI was advised to rotate the mattress and the other side would go back to normalMay of I went to the store with a couple co workers (was trying to give them more business in good faith)I told the store owner that my mattress has gotten worse and I need someone to take a look at itHe told me I would get a call and someone would be out to look at the mattress next weekNo one came outA few weeks went
