I am rejecting this response because: This business is a joke! They probally selling itens they really dont have in stock and them try to find an excuse not to sellThere is no such things on their business terms that says " we dont ship to alternate shipping address " The business should first make its checks before authorizing someone credirt cardAccording to my credit card bank issuer that was a CHARGE and not an AuthorizationAccording to them only the company who made the charge can cancel itSo again, I would like this charge to be canceled and as soon as it gets canceled, I will close this complaint

Customer lives in Brazil, and the billing address of his credit card is Brazil.
He placed an order trying to ship to an address in the United States.
With all credit card transactions, the cards are authorized at placement of order, meaning a hold is placed on the funds pending fulfillment. He WAS NOT charged.
He was notified via live chat on 11/28 that we are unable to ship to an address that is a non authorized billing address, especially for an order of this dollar amount. At that time he requested cancellation of the order which we did.
The authorization/hold will drop off of his card within the terms set by his credit card company.

Again we DID NOT charge his card,  it is an authorization only.  I verified with First Data that the transaction was NOT submitted and no actual charge was incurred.  
The hold will fall off the card according to the terms of his credit card company's policy.  We have been in business for 25 years and do not ship to non billing addresses.  The instance of fraud are too high, especially on the high dollar items he ordered.  
All items were in stock at the time of the order and are in stock now.  
There are several options for international customers who wish to purchase items and ship them to an address that does not match their billing address.  Wires, money orders and paypal are all options other international customers use with us everyday.
We are sorry you are unhappy with your experience but our merchant processor will not cover a loss if the items purchased are shipped to a non authorized address.

Review: Where should I start? I ordered a backpack while it was on sale, put in a coupon code for free shipping and was sent an e-mail to expect my order shipped within two days. I get a call AND e-mail saying my coupon isn't valid and they want to charge my PayPal an additional fee for shipping. I agree so that I can get my order shipped immediately. I receive an e-mail days later notifying me that the item is on back order for two weeks, so today I called them seeing how much longer it would be on back order and the employee was beyond rude to me. How can they sell items they don't even have inventory of and expect me to pay for it immediately and wait for a month to even get it shipped out? They should be nicer to their buyers and notify people when they buy the item that it's on back order so they don't waste their time waiting. I have never had bad enough customer service that I've wanted to report them to the Revdex.com... ever! Someone has to do something about this. I ended up taking my business to Amazon because I know they are reliable. I'm pending a refund which supposedly will appear within 3 business days but who knows anymore!Desired Settlement: I would just like somebody to take a closer look at this business, without customers they don't have a business.

Review: On November 25 I did put an online order. - Web Order Number 270808 - Total Value U$ 1,724.80.The total amount was charged or authorized immediately on my credit card.According to the website all products where In Stock and should ship with 3 - 48 hours.Since the order was placed I try to check the Order Status online but the system says my order cannot be found. Also, no shipping confirmation e-mail was received.I have e-mailed the store 2 times but no reply was given. When tried to use the online chat, no one was available !Tried to call, but no one in storeI would like to know if my order will be shipped Tomorrow (Nov 28) or otherwise I would like this order to be canceled immediately and my credit card refunded.I think its wrong to charge the credit card on the moment of the order. It was supposed to be charged only when it ships! Thanks!Desired Settlement: Order complete shipped on Nov 28 or Credit Card Refund
