I am rejecting this response because: I Did not receive a refund from this company or priceline, not did my family and I act in any threatening mannerWe were treated terribly and there is no way that this woman that wrote back saying that I would receive a refund can possibly know what we had to go through that nightWe only dealt with Marisela who refused to give any manager infoI won't be satisfied until we receive a refund and they fix their cracker sign, and also coach their employees betterAlso, don't lie and tell me your working out a refund, I've received nothing from them, not even an apology and for someone who wasn't there dealing with the situation I don't appreciate you undermining it the way you didMy family had to pack and LEAVE in the middle of the night due to a disgruntled unhappy employee and you can't even own up to thatPretty pathetic business, you can bet you'll never see me ory family at any one of your establishments again! I just want my refund! It's the least you can do.
