Heres what I have from John he wont give me a written contract or estimate I asked for one several times but he neglected to give me oneAre agreement was do all the body work and paint the whole truck and also replace fender which he did and replace the fog lightsbut instead of putting in the orgianl ones to the truck he got after marketAnd didnt get or used brackets for the lightsSo what he did was get the lights and glued them in which you can see in the picturesOne andcant be adjusted one points to the sky and the other one points to the groundI paid him to do this job and I feel he didnt do rightNow because of this for me to make this right it will cost me for parts in labor thats new lights from dealer and body shop to cut old ones out and put the right ones inI signed off on the paint job but then when I went to use the lights I seen what he didhe wont return any of my text or phone callshe also removed his business from his facebook page and I think hes doing all this work not just for me but others and not charging taxes I told him I would give him a check and he told me no he wanted cash only so I hope this helps and I know theres not much more I can do but ill send you copies receipts pictures etc

Mr. Mooney states that the consumer brought the car back to him...

and he did all that he could to help the consumer. Mr. Mooney states that he advised the consumer that fog lights were new and that the brackets were bro[redacted]. He states that since he is not an electrican that he was unable to install the brackets, he would just glue the parts back together. He states that he had the consumer sign a form stating that he was happy with the repair and refunded the consumer 100
