Mr [redacted] indicated this repair was done, it is under warranty, however he is not an authorized Carrier dealerSo there is an $fee to process the warrantyCustomer did not want to pay that after paying him $service callThat is his standard service call fee and did not include the charge for the part
As you can see from the attached invoice, [redacted] the owner of River City Heating agreed to accept $50.00 cash to install the run capacitor. He wrote on the invoice that the $50.00 would include the installation of the part. He also put on the invoice the day and time he would return to do the work. I gave him three attempts to come out to install the part before I had to hire another contractor. I needed my air conditioning. I also called Carrier and they said "any licensed HVAC contractor can get credit back for a part that is under warranty". So he just uses that for an excuse. Also, the last time I spoke to [redacted] on the phone he said and I quote. "I will just give you your money back. I should of told him I would pay him after he did the work. I will NEVER pay someone before the work is completed. He seemed honest.
I saw a phone numbet on one of their adds as 513-252-2747 can't you call and ask for their address
