of the country and unable to determine if I received the check until today, June 30, so not knowing the result I did not answer your email and thus the case was closed.I have received my mail and there is no check, therefore I am requesting this case be reopened and I am not sure what to do, but you probably have a process you go to at this point.As you might suspect, I think Cambridge Fuel is giving me the run around and has no intention of paying me unless forced toCertainly I should have received the check by nowIf Cambridge Fuel insists they mailed a check, then it is lost and I would ask them to cancel it and reissue another.I appreciate your help in this matter and look forward to your support on this issue.*** ***

The refund check was hand delivered to Mr ***s home and taped to his back door over weeks age, please close this complaint, we have followed all procedures and this is now bordering on harassment and slanderMr *** should be at his home, and not out of the country, before he accuses someone of giving him the "runaround" This is a colossal waste time for all parties involved
