Review: Our child was a student at this center. I was informed that any missed sessions can always be made up by the student. Upon requesting our child make up her missed tutoring sessions, I was informed that they would not honor their previous claim of allowing the students to make up missed tutoring sessions. I requested a refund and was told that they would not refund me. Our student was NOT allowed to have tutoring sessions that my family paid for in advance. They continue to state that they are simply following their policy, however I was never informed of their company policies considering that they make up company policies as they please in order to cover for their incompetent staff and management.This company is a complete and utter scam!Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund for the days in which we paid for our student to have tutoring sessions but was refused the opportunity to have make up sessions.
