When the CEO of this company lies, and their product is overly stated and bad in quality after few weeks of installation, you are waiting to file a class action suit.
We talked to Chris of this company and he is a seasoned artist to deny any kind of warranty claims for pitted and damaged pavers.
my pavers were installed in 2011 spring. in 2012 my second summer with them was already a TERRIBLE disappointment. they already faded in areas, especially the border around my pool and on top of my retainer wall. pavers were pitted badly in areas. ok so I notified the company, in new jersey and they sent Chris Murphy, who showed and went into my backyard, while we were not at home, first report that I had to call again and found this out, was that he saw nothing wrong. I insisted he come when we were at home. he did and he, himself did not think I had Cambridge pavers, that's how bad they look. he proceeded to take one from the back to have it tested. Ok they are Cambridge and now since then I have gone through Chris at lease four visits, then a Mr. brian trainer and Mr. Roberto and now Mr. Oberfield. My pavers are now 7 years old and look like a life time. everything that the commercial claims Cambridge pavers stand for, in my case, is not so, not at all. Mr Oberfield told me that the guarantee, so listen you new people looking to buy, only covers new pavers that are needed and dropped off at my door step and then the rest is up to me. So since one year use, I have been calling and fighting with these
people and I am told I have only a replacement of the defected pavers, which is 3/4 of my yard that is 23 by 67 and my problem and cost is mine soley.
The commercial is exactly the opposite. they are to be lifetime, mine made it one summer. I have been consistently notifying 7 on your side, which they tell you not all calls will be addressed. I am still doing so and now contemplating, if
I don't hear from Cambridge or 7 on your side, to literally sue, that's how frustrated I am. Please seriously think first about buying these pavers, especially due to their supposed guarantee and treatment of their customers.
