still wanted to be part of the Kickstarter program but Kickstarter does not allow an individual that is not a backer to be part of the program. Our CEO, [redacted] spoke directly with [redacted] and we believe that other than being added back as a Kickstarter backer ( which can't happen because the Kickstarter program has ended), he is satisfied.We have included his profanity laced posts as a reference.
While Cambridge Sound Management and I have come to an agreement, there are several things I would also like to add to the record, as they have deemed it fit to attack me personally in their response for no good reason, without providing all the relevant details. I asked repeatedly for the ifttt integration to be fully explained, and after numerous messages between them and I, they continually avoided the topic. Having researched on my own, I found the integration to be lacking any true functionality. As this was a selling point for me and many others, and after having this company confirm that the integration was limited, after the money had been collected and I felt scammed, I left that comment they have so uselessly provided. After repeated attempts to speak with them after this, and being ignored, I had to find the ceo's name, his number, and call him. He alone is the most kind and reasonable person I have had any dealings with at Cambridge. This response from whatever nameless person has responded raises again, more questions, as it would lead me to believe the ifttt integration they have clarified after my disappointment, claiming it would, in fact, do everything I wanted it to do, actually is as limited as I initially thought. There is multiple people saying very different things about this. Whoever has responded here makes it sound as though my initial disappointment was justified. Disappointment in this company is becoming an expectation as they cannot present a unified front in terms of information. I filed this complaint before speaking with the ceo, and I am less uneasy now to have the agreement that I will receiving two complete sets of the nightingale product at the same time as every other kickstarter backer at no charge, in writing, in a publicly accessible database. I would appreciate if this company could refrain from attempts to attack my character as an individual due to their own inferior customer interactions.
