Our company opted to no longer pursue the matter and the dispute was lostAt that time, the funds were automatically deducted from our merchant account. I received the e-mail response from the business after the conversation between the contact person and myself on the phone
In the e-mail it says "As per our conversation, we did try reaching you to try and resolve your concerns regarding membership. I am sorry you feel this is not a good fit for your business. Nevertheless, in order to resolve the issue, we will refund your $989USD by close of business 5:30pm EST on Friday 8/**/from our offices in New York."
Today, I checked with my credit card company, and I confirmed that I've gotten the refund from the business.
Therefore, this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved
