While we strive to meet all ETA's that we provide to customers we cannot always be as prompt as we would like, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have causedWe base our charges on the service that is performed, not how quickly the service is performedAgain, we apologize for the lateness of the service but the service was provided and could have been refused at the time we arrivedThere was no payment made to Camcar Towing from the customerWe are payed by [redacted] not the customer, any transaction between [redacted] and the the customer would be a dispute between the customer and [redacted]

I am writing this to dispute the closing of the case with Camcar, Inc (Complaint ID # [redacted] )I wasn't notified that there was a response from the company back on July 12, 2017, to know to respond back until I received the closing of the case email this morningI would like the case reopenedI would accept the businesses response that they are willing to take care of the replace of the tire they had damaged during the towPlease let me know what else I have to do, to further get this taken care ofI have receipts of the replacement tire

I have tried to reach out to the vehicle owner over the last several days and have left several messagesOur company is willing to pay for the damage under the condition that the owner sign a release stating that the issue has been resolved

This vehicle was towed using a method consistent with the manufacture specificationsIt is common and likely that if the steering is not locked prior to a tow that they will move to the locked position under this method, this will not have any effect on the condition of the vehicleThe owner picked up the vehicle on 10/28/and did not report any issue to us for two days, we have no way of knowing what might have happened in those two days or what the condition of the alignment components and undercarriage were prior to us towing the vehicleThe damages claimed by the owner are not possible while towing a vehicle under this method, the owner suggested that the vehicle came part way off of a flat bed truck and that is how the damage was caused, I believe this theory cam from the repair facility that inspected the vehicle because that is the only scenario the could have possibly caused this type of towing damageThis vehicle was not towed on a flatbed

When [redacted] Roadside Assistance called the company to assign my case to them, Camcar had the option of telling [redacted] that they were unable to provide service within a reasonable amount of time [redacted] then would have assigned my request to a different subcontractor It is my understanding from the [redacted] customer representative that the service Camcar provided did not meet their minimum expectations for their service providers This would indicate that timeliness is a component of the contract and clearly that aspect was not met by this provider At the very least Camcar should refund the payment amount that they will receive from [redacted] for the service I will be filing a formal complaint with the government regulatory agency that oversees towing services in the City of Columbus

They have asked for additional info and they did not provide a way of reaching them with it
