 It has been over a month since Transmission Surgery & Auto Repair LLC agreed to service my vehicle. The shop hasn't fixed my car despite receiving the full payment to rebuild the transmission for my 2001 Honda Accord.

Review: I took my car to this shop for body work. I got my cat on December **, 2015. On December **, I took my car to my mechanic for the NY state safety inspection. He discovered that my battery had been replaced with an old inferior battery, and that my air filter had been removed.

I took my car to the business for body work. I did not authorize any mechanical work and there was no reason for them to raise the hood. Therefore, I only inspected the body work

when I picked the car up.

A new battery cost $`140.00 and a new filter $25.00Desired Settlement: payment by the business of the $165 required to replace the parts removed.

Review: Vladimir and I agreed for him to rebuild my transmission for $1370. I gave Vladimir $500 down payment on 9/**/2015 to rebuild the transmission for my 2001 Honda accord V6 green color. He told me I would get the car on9/**/2015. I called him on the [redacted] he said to pickup car on 9/**/15. After I realize he wouldnt pickup my calls and I couldnt find him I went to the shop on evening of 9/**/15 he said job incomplete because a cable underneath the car was damaged while the car was on the lift. I returned on 9/**/15 gave him $870, I picked up car, drove less than a mile and my vehicle died on the road. I paid for car to be transported back to shop. At that time Vladimir said the car computer is the issue. He said he'd go buy it at a junk yard to replace. I left the shop and I didn't reach him again until 9/**/15 and he told me he ordered the computer on eBay and it may come on 10/*/15 and Vladimir continues to be rude and extremely unprofessional. My gut feeling tells me he lied to me too many times. I even consulted other mechanics who told me the computer couldn't be the issue as long as the transmission was rebuilt. Vladimir wouldn't even talk to the mechanic I brought to the shop for fair dialogue on the issues he seems to be having rebuilding the transmission. I'm filing this complaint because of bad customer service, he's not professional, and I'm being ripped off. I have copies of the two receipt printouts he gave and I'm not satisfied. I believe Vladimir has ripped me off and I still don't have my vehicle. Please help me, please investigate this complaint.Desired Settlement: As long as Vladimir rebuilds the transmission I will be satisfied. He just lied too many times.

Review: Took my car to the shop to get repaired, [redacted] told me it was the valve body and it would be $1400 to fix. After weeks of failed repairs I finally got upset and took my car back. [redacted] would put valve body in and the car would get worse and worse. He never fixed the problem, and only offered to give me $700 back. I gave him ample opportunities to fix the car to no avail and he still refused to give me money back. Now i'm out of $1400 and still have the same problems I came in with.Desired Settlement: I want my money back in full, for the hassle of me having to go to the shop every day thinking i'm going to get my car back and hearing another ** story.
