Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response... because: facts contained within are false. We DID have a qualifying event..... NEW EMPLYMENT is a qualifying event under federal directives. However the company did not continue with the early termination fee that was assessed at the time of the initial complaint. That being said they do not offer terms of their contract that they hold their customers to and do not inform them of said fees thereby defrauding customers that do not question the charges.
