I have received the above listed complaint from your office regarding Mulch installation at the Villas of Timber Ridge Condominiums. Specifically Ms. [redacted] My office staff had contact with Ms. [redacted] and her husband regarding the millipedes. That is why they used the pest...

spray. I had over 3 complexes mulched at the same time, over 50 units, using the same mulch. Her complaint is the only one I received. In checking with 3 different landscape contractors all of them that do mulch work exactly similar to what was done at her unit. Have said this is nothing out of the normal. If you mulch you will get millipedes and other pests, it is a natural occurrence. I asked them how to treat for them and they all said it is impossible to tell where they all come from in the mulch. The best approach is to purchase a can of spray and have that unit owner individually treat their unit Sincerely, [redacted]Camco Management, Inc.

Review: Time and time again, property manager [redacted] and his team have refused to return our phone calls regarding concerns we have about our condo that they are contracted to take care of. Most recently, we have been struggling with mass hatchings of millipedes. The arthropods are all over our driveway as well as our neighbors'. They are entering our garages and causing a mess. After several phone calls asking for help, we have been ignored or told that they will not take care of the issue at hand. The receptionists are discourteous and unhelpful. We pay our condo dues promptly each month and expect that the services a management company offers would reflect this.Desired Settlement: We would like the millipede infestation taken care of professionally. We'd also like to be refunded for the home defense bug spray that we purchased to attempt to take care of the problem on our own.

Camco is responsible for taking managing our condominium complex. I have recently called to complain that, after having our condo fee raised, our lawns have yet to be cut. There are places on the lawn where the grass is 16"high. The entire complex is full of weeds and we have mud piles instead of mulch. After trying to contact Brian 3 times I still have not received a response. There are 2 people ting to sell there condos and potential buyers have a yard like ours to look forward to. Camco should not be responsible for anything. Stay clear

snow plowing is non existent for this company. Snow pushed up aganist garages, sidewalks impassable, and the workers ( if you ever get to see them ) do not speak or understand English, instructions, or questions. they come after 11:00 PM and wake everyone up and do a crummy job. We pay through the nose for nothing. Anyone know of a condo management company who will realize that they work for us and not the other way around? If you are thinking of moving to Carriage Hills condo , please,please talk to an owner before you get trapped in this nightmare! Our fees are used for improvement on the buildings and grounds but every year they say they need more but we don't get any better service for our money. Due to their incompetence I am stuck at home and need to be out to take care of year of end business. Yes I am angry because I have had 12 yrs of this kind of treatment. When we meet next month I would like to cancel them and hire another company to take care of our property. How can I obtain info on other companies that do this kind of work? If you get a person at the office, they act as if they were doing you a favor instead of helping. They are rude, talk over you and offer no help except nebulous promises that something will be done.....when ever they get around to it.
