While I don't "reject" the response, as such, I would like to point out that I wasn't asked to return the used hose, and wouldn't have been able to do so without losing the means of sewage disposal altogetherSince we are currently having to live in the RV, this would have created a serious difficulty for usRather I had to move the RV closer to the drain and so informed CamcoThe photo I sent was at the request of their representative, Rick G***I believe I sent the requested address/phone number upon receipt of the request for same, but have now just sent this information to MrG*** by way of a backup (in case I'm mistaken)When I've received the replacement kit I will certainly inform you and will consider the matter settledThank you
