Renters Beware!!! Keep in mind I pay $1057 for a tiny upgraded 1 bedroom apartment. I have lived here for 6 months with a neighbor below me that has a rock band and plays music through an amp on a regular basis. I have complained for months to management. For the first few months, they ignored my complaints and never took any notes about them. I finally spoke to someone in management, that visited my apartment to listen to the music and they have now said that I should just get used to it. I had a leak in my ceiling, that they just painted over when I called. I had to call again when the leak came back and though they did finally fix it, they simply poked holes in my ceiling to drain and did a [redacted] job repainting it. I have had huge roaches throughout my apartment and strange bugs in the light fixtures. I called and they came and did a two minute spray and said I would have to pay them if it needed to be sprayed further. The bugs are still here. When I moved in they told me I would have a shared water bill that would be around $30 per month... it has been over $50 for the past few months, and I am the only person in my apartment! Keep in mind when you are on the website that the initial price they give you is NOT what you actually pay... They tack on a technology package for $75, a $25 valet trash fee (that doesn't always show up), the water bill that is over $50 and they also require you to pay renters insurance.
