We would like to say thank you very much with all of the support that we received from Ms. Gina as we was preparing to move to Texas from Washington. The moment that we contacted Ms. Gina, she was very polite, very supportive in many ways than I could ever say. We are very happy to have in contact with her. I can't say enough that we appreciate her kindness, I rate her review 100 plus indeed to the highest. Ms. Gina deserves the very best score ever.

upgrades coming their way. Alsowe knew that some of the upgrades we choose to add weren't for everyone and that we would losesome of our valued residents. As leases expired and residents moved out we fully remodeled ea~hhome. We gave our residents the option of moving into <on apartment home that was already remodeledor if they did not wish to move, we had the option to remodel their current apartment home within 5days while they were still living in the apartment. We have successfully accomplished this with each ofthe remodels.Ms. [redacted] moved to Camden Centre port in late 2011. As her lease expired in 2013, 2014 and 2015 shechose to renew for 12 months each time. At the end of her 20151ease we did inform her that we ~rcclose to completing the apartment remodels and that she would only be able to sign short term leasesgoing forward if she did not want to accept the occupied remodel option. Ms. [redacted] did choose tosign 2. short term leases with the knowledge that the day will come and she will not have that option anylonger. In April of 2015 Ms. [redacted] was sent a letter to remind her the lease on her apartment wascoming up to expire and she had to make a decision of either transfer to a remodeled apartment, acceptus remolding her current apartment or unfortunately moving out of Camden Centre port altogether. Shewas not happy about the choices given to her because the new remodeled apartment did include awasher and dryer which Ms. [redacted] already owned. We had numerous conversations with her thatthere was no way we could remove our washer and dryer. That was simply not an option and was partof the appliance package included and Ms. [redacted] knew this well in advance. At the end of Septemberearly October Ms. [redacted] spoke to Mrs. [redacted], our Regional Manager, and Mrs. [redacted] explained toher the same things that were discussed in the leasing office. Ms. [redacted] made the decision to sign anew 15 month lease and accept her current apartment home to be remodeled.[redacted]The remodel of her apartment home began on October 26, 2015 and was completed on October 30;"'"" '"'"'"'''2015. We did run into a glitch on the first day where her stove and dishwasher were removed two daysearly, however the issue was resolved as soon as we were notified. Ms. [redacted] was given a restaurantgift card to compensate her for not being able to cook dinner one evening.Camden Centreport has addressed and found solutions to all of Ms. [redacted] concerns in~ludinghaving her apartment cleaned up by the cleaning crew which has not been done with any otheroccupied remodel.Ms. [redacted] was aware of the process of remodeling her apartment home while she and her familyoccupied it and she accepted those terms.We do understand going through a remodel can be a little hectic and although Ms. [redacted] wrote thiscomplaint while in the midst of the remodel we do hope she is happy with the final results and her"new" apartment home.Respectfully,[redacted]Community ManagerCamden Centre port[redacted]
