Hello [redacted] ,Per our phone conversation earlier this morning; I reviewed MsHerring's account to verify that she visited our Camden Fairfax Corner on Monday, May 30th, and applied for unit ***-*** She than cancelled her application on Monday, June 6th, It appears that she put a fraud alert with her credit card company and the amount $was charged back to us We send her a final account statement on June 16th, which she never respond back to us if she had an issue with the charge I spoke to her this morning and she told me that cancellation process was not mention clearly to her and hang up the phone as soon as I asked her, "so you did tour our property" I tried calling her back right away but went to her voicemail and I left her a message I also received an email about half hour after my call to her today stating that she made a mistake and thought we were calling from [redacted] Property which is another apartment community Furthermore, I have a voicemail from MsHerrings (attached), that was made a day after she leased the apartment home asking addition questions about her unit that she rented Based on this information, we are not inclined to make any acceptationsPlease let me know if you have any questions.Have a great day,Abdul R***

This is a complete LIE!!! This man called me while at work speaking very low, the call dropped and I called back atleast 10x with no answer. He called back once while I was in process of calling him so he got my voicemailHe stated he wasn't sure if I had hung up on him etcI continued to try to reach him via phone and got no answer. I called back days later and was told Abdul no longer works at that property. I then asked to speak with a manager by the name of Maurice and was told hes busy and would call me back which he never did. I called corporate and was given the division office number when I could only leave a message in the general mailbox. No one from that compaany has tried to help resolve this matter. I HAVE NEVER VISITED CAMDEN FAIRFAX and I made that clear in the first few minutes of talking to abdul. Yes I originally thought he was calling from *** *** and I stated that in an email and I also stated the following which he failed to mention: Hello Abdul, We were just speaking on a call and unfortunately the call droppedI tried calling back Atleast 10x with no successI thought initially you were calling from *** *** so my apologies for my confusionI am receiving fraudulent calls and complaints and this has to stop! However I never visited your community and I'm unaware of your businessI started to receive collection calls about a month ago and they started to become a bit threatening even after I explained I'm completely unaware of who you areI was told $will be placed on my credit report if I don't payI'm flabbergasted and don't know how to end this! If I explained this is not my account etc and to stop calling, why did it not stop? Why am I being threatened now by your collections department? Because of this harassment etc and fraudulent charge I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com after the last collection agent threaten me several times during our callAgain I have no knowledge of your community and would like the calls and threats to stop please! AGAIN I HAVE NEVER VISTED THE CAMDEN FAIRFAX corner and I would like the harassment calls and threats to stop immediately!!! I have never left a voicemail other than after the call with Abdul who seemed to want to try to trick me into saying I did visit because he would not answer my call after the call dropped conveniently. No response to my email was received yet they send Revdex.com a message making it seem as if they tried to resolve this matter which they did not. This company is a fraud and trying to slander my name, character, and identity. If I need to hire an attorney to file suit against this fraudulent company I will do soplease remove my name, personal information and contact information from all of your records. Do not call my place of employment, home cell or any other number I do not know how you even got my information.  As of now the problem is not resolved.  As a result my fiancé and I will be moving from the apartment complex, and write a review of our experiences.  Thanks for your help.

I regret EVER moving here. While my time there had ups and downs, it was overall fine. But moving out was the main problem. They charge you so much in bogus fees that you'll be bankrupt by the time you move out. They want to upgrade the apartments for the next people who move in, and they want you to be the one to pay for it. It's happened to everyone I've seen move out while I lived there, then it happened to me as well. They tried to blame it on the contractor, saying the contractor overcharged them and somehow that means I have to pay it. However, I'd been in the home reno business for a decade, and knew that was a lie. Management could care less about you or your finances, and is only eager on squeezing the last few dimes out of you, even if those last few dimes are all you have left.
