Not sending me bills, telling me I have been sent to collections
I started seeing dr*** in I believe march I always paid the office visit of $when asked I received one bill in the mail and paid it by check in April I mailed it to them I never received another bill from them, until it was time for surgery and was asked to pay for the surgery up front and another office visit, which I paid for both The surgery was paid for in cash and the office visit with a credit card In the three visits between the initial visit and the surgery I was never told I had an outstanding bill Today I tried to make an appointment and was told I was in collections for nonpayment on $and some change of a bill I have received nothing in the mail and was not told anything in any of the visits I made to the office I know they have the correct address to mail to because I received bill for the surgery by mail
