We did have a washer that over flowed in the apartment aboveWhile we understand that this was an inconvenience we were working as quickly as possible for this to get resolved Not only did we have our maintenance teams and our vendors respond quickly our assistant manager Kristy Lee stayed in contact with them several times during both incidents She talked with them, let them know what the process would be and how long is should take to get this resolvedThe next communication that we received was a phone call stating that they had moved out According to our lease agreement they are required to give a written notice and this was not received by the office only a written notice that was placed on their counter tops when we entered Due to not fulfilling their lease agreement they are being charged a proper notice fee along with a termination fee for breaking their lease

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The management is Lying, they never once contacted me about any of the water damage or problems with anyone coming and goingNever once called or came to my apartment, until it flooded the second timeEven after the manager came to see the water coming through the second time, never once called or asked if there was any problem with people coming in the apartment, even after I sent the email response that I forwarded to the Revdex.com along with pictures of the ceiling leaking and huge fans in our apartment for a week to dry drywall from the outsideMold would be growing after the numerous times it has floodedNo response from the apartment manager at any timeWe left our apartment very clean and notified the office the day we left, the apartment was left in very good conditionVery pathetic not to let us out of a lease with the obvious flood and water damage that has happened beforeSent pictures we had also to the management and to the BBIWe should not have to pay extra fees to leave an apartment that was having water coming through our ceilingNo one from the management team ever called, ever to ask if there was any problems! Mold would be growing after the numerous times it has flooded. No response from the apartment manager at any time. We left our apartment very clean and notified the office the day we left, the apartment was left in very good condition. Very pathetic not to let us out of a lease with the obvious flood and water damage that has happened before. Sent pictures we had also to the management and to the BBI. We should not have to pay extra fees to leave an apartment that was having water coming through our ceiling. No one from the management team ever called, ever to ask if there was any problems!
