Please find attached a letter of response sent to Ms [redacted] by the bank on May 16, The bank did not reimburse Ms [redacted] the amount requested, which was $Upon receipt of the complaint from the Revdex.com, Ms [redacted] researched this matter and learned through discussion with the banking center employee that one of the four charges were actually authorized by Ms [redacted] , and the other three were under the threshold to be disputed by [redacted] so the bank immediately credited those back to Ms [redacted] ’s account (# [redacted] ) on May 2, It was also learned there was an additional ATM withdrawal in question, however Ms [redacted] ’s stated her daughter completed the transaction, therefore a dispute was not in orderShould you need any additional information regarding this response, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at ( [redacted] .Thank you [redacted]
