This customer was understanding, and we appreciated their patience in this matter. According to records, we had initially agreed to replace her unit, per messages via eBay messages. Customer had contact us on 3/6/2015 requesting a...

return/replacement and an RMA number was granted Fri 3/6/2015 at 11:48 AM, With RMA # [redacted].pdf. A pre-paid courtesy return label was also issued and sent for the return of the unit on Fri 3/6/2015 at 11:49 AM Emai_Return_Cus.pdf FedEx_Return-[redacted].pdf. The unit arrived at our warehouse on Thur 3/26/2015. An evaluation of the returned unit turns out to be no issues. A new replacement was released Wed 4/15/2015, and picked up at 2:44 PM with FedEx tracking # [redacted], then delivered 4/18/2015 at 4:18PM FedEx-[redacted].pdf. No further communication was provided from customer after date of delivery.
