I'm so frustrated with this place! I used them previously and had a great experience, so when I needed my car repaired again it was the fist place I wentThe customer service has been TERRIBLE, and I was quoted for a repair that went from $165, to $and now I'm told over $3,000! I can choose to not pay for the additional repair but then my car will not come back to me and have correct placement on the front bumperReally!!! It's weeks before Christmas and I have no idea what to do, I don't have $3,plus to spend, but my bumper fit on the car fine when I dropped it off and now it will have a gapDo yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else
I would never, EVER take my car or recommend going to the body shop! Toyota Collision Center on Camelback has been the worst experience of my entire life! It has been weeks to fix my carIt would have been weeks but THEY missed a sensor for the passenger airbag and seatbelt so it prolonged the process & another supplement paper for my insurance to approveI have been driving in a car with no ac and when I told & asked the manager *** **If there was anything he could do he advised me "this was only a status update for the process of my car"The same situation happen to my grandmaIt took weeks to fix the sliding door on her mini vanI will never go to this place ever againWhen I told *** ** I will also be informing the Revdex.com for the "awesome" customer service they have given be throughout this whole experience he's response was "sounds good, have a nice day"
