I recently received a letter informing me that there was a complaint mad about our restaurant, Camellia BuffetThe woman and her family that came into our restaurant tried to use coupons from a website called Restaurants.comI told her these are not our coupons and that whoever sold her these are
not associated with us and never got our permission to make these couponsI went to the website the customer mentioned and other people state din the complaint section that these coupons are a scamI understand the other person's complaint but I can't be responsible for fake coupons made by fake companies that offer big discounts for a price charges to the customer on lineI have placed a sign up that says we accept none of these coupons from online distributorsI'm sorry for her loss, but she should be going after Restaurants.com not Camellia Buffet who is just an innocent bystandersThank you for informing me and giving the chance to share my side of the incidentWe will be putting signs on each table as well menu to prevent future misunderstandings

Camellia Buffet is still on Restaurant.com as a vendor. Not only is Restaurant.com a reputable website, it is a national site utilized by thousands of people with zero complaints. I contacted Restaurant.com and they advised me Camellia Buffet is a vendor contracted with them and need to accept the gift cards. And currently, Camellia is still on their website.Sincerely,
