Dear Revdex.com, We have reviewed the complaint, and while the consumer daughter we assume, reports that the selling dealership has not provided a resolution to the problem, this was our first notification of any issues Since that time, we have contacted the dealership, brought the boat back to our factory, water tested, made corrections to fix the problem and returned the boat to the dealership at no charge to the consumer Our customer service manager has followed up with the dealership, and also left a message with the consumer to make sure they are satisfied with the repair The dealership stated they have called the consumer and they stated everything seemed fine We have not had a returned call from the consumer At this time we are assuming that everything has been resolved and the consumer is satisfiedThank YouSincerely,Jerry ***Vice President - Sales / MarketingAlumacraft Boat Co

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11264717, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI filed the above initial complaint in October - I do not know what happened with contacting me regarding the resolutionI did not receive the resolution offered by Alumacraft? I looked it up today because I have my Alumacraft boat in storage for the winter (It was in storage when I sent the complaint in) and I plan on getting it out and servicing my boat this weekendI went to the Revdex.com website to see if I could find a status for the complaint and filed months ago and I saw what was being offered by Alumacraft? I had my email and phone # entered - I certainly would have responded had I knownI took a lot of time to write up my concerns - anyway, if the offer is still out thereI accept itPlease advise

I would like to reject the offer of Mediation for complaint ID [redacted] I do not wish to go to mediation. I am not going to spend more money to attempt to get what I paid for. After a very large purchase and not getting what the company advertised, and very poor customer service. Then be told nothing we can or will do. I am very disappointed in the companies lack of an attempt to correct all issues. I will say some issues we're corrected by the dealer who bent over backwards. I have to wonder where a person should be treated like this that advertised great customer service. Why would they ship a product that is not as advertised. Nothing said before shipping the product. Just this is what you get. Then being told nothing we can or will do. I do fully intend to warn any and everyone about the service I received. I do hope and expect this complaint to stay posted. For a company to refuse to offer to correct issues with a brand new product this should be able to be seen and warn others. [redacted]

I received a call from [redacted] with BB today, RE this complaint.  We have NOT received any email regarding this complaint.  This phone call was are first confirmed notice.  We are reviewing and will respond shortly. We are also reviewing with our IT department to review...
