Hello, Sorry, but we never received the initial letter regarding this situationI personally bought the business in February and did not receive any funds from the previous owner regarding the collection of monies for the sale of gift certificatesAfter looking at the Ohio Attorney General's site with regard to expiration of gift certificates, my understanding is, it is good for yearsThis certificate presented by the customer is years oldWhile we understand the customer is looking to redeem this certificate, we did not receive any funds form the previous owner and it is year sold

site with regard to expiration of gift certificates, my understanding is, it is good for 5 years. This certificate presented by the customer is 6 years old. While we understand the customer is looking to redeem this certificate, we did not receive any funds form the previous owner and it is 6 year sold.

In response to this complaint, we immediately refunded Ms. [redacted]'s money last year. It showed up as drafted from our bank account. We contacted Ms. [redacted] to let her know we did such and a couple employees from Camelot let her that we did refund her money. Apparently, she did not receive it on her...

card. We we then told her bank closed her card and we tried to let her know that the error was on her bank's end, not ours. We tried for several months to resolve this issue but could not contact her bank on her behalf due to not being an authorized party. We will send her the check for $200 which means we are ultimately paying $400 for a refund. We apologize for this situation as it does not seem to be able to be resolved. A check is being mailed out today.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. I just have one question, Camelot Cellers owner Janie informed my POA that the money would be sent to you (Revdex.com) instead of me, and you would then send it to me.We would like to know how true is that statement?
