We sent out two letters prior to the final notice that was sent on 07/31/2015. The dates of those letters are 06/05/and 07/06/2015. In both of those letters it stated that she was
currently on a month to month lease and that her market rent would change along with the month to month fees changing effective 09/01/ We have delivered all three notices to the door. Since she is still currently on a month to month lease the minimum notice to vacate required is days. She is more than welcome to stay days if needed. She will have to pay the correct rent since the notices were delivered to her door
