I received this complaint also on *** *** to which I responded. This is a first for me with such a complaint Some times when tourists are booking many different activities they sometimes get confused when they are doing it themselvesI did not charge him as he
states I charged him plus tax. The interesting thing about this complaint is that when we were distributing the rods on the boat the none fishing people as he states took there rods without bringing to any ones attention that the price had been discounted and they were not fishing. This client was on a share boat with only seats for fisherman. For him to take up of those seats and then happily take rods is of a concern to me and he was confused on the price. I believe this is my first complaint to the Revdex.com in my years as a charter boat captainAlso as far as the boat going to fast that is not trueWe troll at knots That is the fishing speed for trollingThe other people on the boat had a blast. We cant please everyone all the time but we sure do try.. Please email me about this issue and I hope it goes away Also I will not be refunding any money. He got a great deal and I told him in my response to *** *** to contact me when he returns to the Big Island and I would take care of him I dont like for people to be upset with us.
