I gave them my deposit three weeks prior to moving in, they didn't start working on the apartment until the week ofThe day before move in(4/4/2016) I went by to view it and found out that it was infested with ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!! the manager apologized and said she would bomb it over the weekend and when I came back the following week they were still up and moving around(The roaches) so they pushed back the move in date so that they can continue to bomb the apartmentMean while I started my electricity service on 4/4/because I was planning on moving in that day and thought it would be silly to stop my services and pay another dollars to start it again within a couple of daysso it was left on On 5/1/The leasing agent [redacted] told me she had another apartment available that was not infested, so I went to view it and it was nicer and everything was new! so I then switched apartments, and called entergy to transfer over my servicesEntergy stated that my services have already been canceled due to someone putting in a new line of service into my old apartmentso I called [redacted] and told her what was going on because I was confused as to how the apartment complex could provide another person my old apartment before they provided me with my new oneI then asked her because it was not my fault of my apartment not being ready on 4/4/and my services has been on for a month and the maintenance workers has been in the apt working on it and using the electricity that is in my name will they be paying the $electricity bill that they accumulated [redacted] said no because it is no longer in the complex's name and that is my bill mind you I still have not even signed a lease! So moving into a new apartment I gave them a couple weeks to fix it and the move in date was 5/31/I called every week to check on the status of the apartment because us of experience dealing with this place you need to stay on top of themI called the week of and [redacted] stated my apartment will not be ready until that Friday which was 6/3/I said ok and called on the 3rd and [redacted] then stated it still will not be ready until 6/9/2016!!! By this time I've had it! I gave my deposit weeks in advance, I started my entergy service and paided for a bill that wasn't even my usage and to top it off the manager on 6/3/told me that she will give me my deposit back and its been weeks and I still haven't received anything! please save your time energy and MONEY and don't do itthe reviews are REAL
