What’s the best way to reopen complaint? The company has failed to resolve the issue after I accepted their stated plan for resolution

I have emailed the customer and let them know I had been on vacation and was under the impression that the project was complete I also let them know I will take immediate action to resolve the issues on the projectand get things finished upwe have many projects going at the same time and im not
always able to visit each projectThe project manager and crew who worked on this project have been let go after finding out that the project was left this waywe do not run our business this way and we definitely do not treat our customers like thisi hope to have the project completed and all issues resolved in the next few days

So here we are once again days after Camelot said they would be back to finish the work and of course no one has called or showed upWe have no idea what Camelot's plans are for addressing thisThey are also using pictures of our property in their Facebook page advertising their servicesWe have not and will not give them permission to use any media that includes work completed or not completed at our propertyI wouldn't have an issue with the pictures if Camelot didn't remove my comments and rebuttals with my pictures and commentsThe last time we communicated on their work on their site they took the site down for about weeks and it has reappeared once again without any of the comments or pictures I submittedThey are fraudulently and knowingly misrepresenting the quality of work they do and not allowing truthful representation of their quality be seen At this time we consider the job abandoned and will not allow Camelot back on the propertyWe demand a full refund of monies paid and will if necessary seek legal remedy to get it -

We did receive a email from Camelot painting that basically says the same thing as their response to you. Although Camelot stated that they were going to complete the job in the next few days they have failed to contact us via phone as required to discuss access to the property, providing proof of insurance and confirming dates and times to complete work and do final walk around. This is exactly the same behavior that this company displayed that led up to the complaint to begin with. Our position has not changed. They either need to complete the job but only after they have contacted us via phone to discuss the above items or they need to refund us in total all monies paid. I believe their initial response back was just a stall tactic to delay what appears to be a need for us to seek legal action to get remedy.   I have reached out to the owner via email, phone calls and voice messages with absolutely no response since his response to the complaint on Monday.  Please make sure this communication is part of the record.

We will immediately send someone out and take care of the issue we were under the impression this was already taken care of this will be completed by 11/12/2015

Additional information for the file for this complaint: #[redacted]-Resolution promised by 11/12 by company-No contact from company at all and no job completion by then-Emailed company evening of 11/12 asking for a response by 11/13-Heard back from Camelot on 11/14 saying that weather was bad the previous week and they were busy with other projects. Promised to be out with his foreman on 11/16 to fix the job so there would be no other issues. -No one came to our house yesterday and again no communication from Camelot.
