To Whom it may concern,
This is in reference to a complaint made by a former tenant. The tenant states that we refused to return his security deposit to him, which is an inaccurate statement. The tenant was told that the paper work was being processed and he would receive his refund in approximately 1 week. It had been approximately 3 weeks since he had moved out and we explained to him that it takes a few weeks to process everything after the final move out inspection is performed. I am sorry that the timing was not efficient enough for our former tenant but he has since been issued his refund just as we had told him. We strive to maintain a good relationship with all of our tenants and provide them with the best service possible.
