I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and while they didn't really address the crux of my complaint, I can see that they likely will notIf it were my choice, I would not deal with this billing service again - there are much more user friendly (and people friendly) services out thereI will also share this with their client, *** *** *** as they should be aware of the difficulty in dealing with their billing service.

To whom it may concern,We are currently working with the Homeowners at this time to schedule the President of U Need Gutters and our Technicians to meet with them and go over all of the items listed on the updated punch list (provided by Homeowner on 11-4-2015) and (requested by Contractor on 10-26-15)  Some items have already been addressed and repaired, and we were under the expression the problem had been corrected, but apparently this is not the case. In saying that, the President will meet with the Homeowners and evaluate each item personally to assure that all items are addressed and corrected and or repaired if necessary. U Need Gutters proudly stands behind our workmanship and we expect nothing but the best from our Technicians. U Need Gutters is more than willing to make repairs (if necessary) that were performed by U Need Gutters (President) and or U Need Gutters Technicians. U Need Gutters has a great reputation for caring about our Customers concerns and happiness towards our workmanship.  Customer Satisfaction is priority in our Business. The President will be scheduling a day to meet with the Homeowners the week of 9th,  I do not have a confirmed date and time at this moment.  He is currently under Contract with another Homeowner and will be needing to move his schedule around to be able to give a confirmation on date and time. our mutual goal to provide accurate and timely billing services in a satisfying manner to the patients of [redacted] [redacted].
Our review of the patient's account has resulted in these findings:
The date of service 06/23/2015 was submitted to the patients insurance.
According to Mr. [redacted] insurance he is responsible for the balance of $469.91.
As a result of these findings, we have taken the following corrective actions:
The balance of $469.91 can be set on 5 monthly payments. We do offer three other payment options. Mr. [redacted] can mail a check or money order, pay online, or pay by phone. We do not accept American Express, but we do accept MasterCard or Visa.
