Based on information from Ms.***, she informed me that her stove was over years old and not feedingI advised her that this particular stove is very unreliable,with no support from where it came from and it would take at least two weeks to get a new feed motor for the stove and any other parts that it might need and purchasing a new one would be a good way to proceed and she chose the later to order the part and that it was okay to process the credit card***, got the part and went out and installed it and also serviced the venting system as well since it was not even connected to the unit and fixed that and cleaned the pellet stove as well.Ms [redacted] had never cleaned or serviced the stove the entire time she had been in the house The Stove was working fine when [redacted] left and developed another symptom that required a new sensor and Ms[redacted] approved the order and her card to be charged despite repeated warning that her stove was probably needing to be replaced,and the part was ordered and installed when it came and working fine once again after [redacted] left after service Ms [redacted] became abusive to [redacted] on the phone and it is our policy to discontinue service,when this occurs and to continue with this client was and is not in our best interest [redacted] went above and beyond with regard to servicing this stove and never acted in anyway shape or form,as to what Ms [redacted] is claiming and is being very typical despite repeated warning about her pellet stove that it probably need to be replaced Professional service and advise was rendered and it is the position of [redacted] that no refund is due and we will not be returning to Ms***'s home and there is no basis to continue with the mediation or arbitration process

I am rejecting this response because: I challenge every single statement made by Shawn. They are just trying to cover themselves after behaving abominably. Charging a customer $700 for absolutely nothing is never respectable business behavior and indefensible.
