I have talked with [redacted] up until over a month ago She’s stating she has attempted contacting me and that is completely false, she has my personal cell phone and my phone has an answering service that goes directly to my email Her Insurance company ( [redacted] ) short changed her on her roof I have been dealing with [redacted] (just talked with them again) for months now over them not paying her what the Hail claim should have been at The adjuster got busy towards the end of last year due to the hurricanes and he was sent to Texas to Work claims, since his return we have been figuring her claim out I am still owed money on this job, well over the $1,or so she’s claiming she’s paid me Regardless, I told her I’d put the gutters on in the meantime, you can’t install gutters below degrees without having problems come summer There’s multiple issues on this particular job that I have been correcting, they take time, she has gutters that function properly until I get everything resolved I’m not installing a product that will fail because of someone’s inability to be patient so I don’t get taken advantage of I need contacted immediately, thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
Obviously, my memory of how things progressed this past fall is different from [redacted].  I have not talked to [redacted] in Nov or Dec or Jan.  I left multiple messages on the phone number on my contract which I feel confident is still the business number.  When I leave a message it is after listening to the voicemail of [redacted].  The only time I have previously used [redacted] private number was when he called or texted me.  I do not have that number in my phone contacts.  As for my being impatient - The last time I talked with [redacted], he said he would install the gutters.  His subcontractor came to my house and measured for the gutters, ordered the materials and called me with an approximate installation date.  I do not think he would have invested his own money in materials that were not going to be able to be used for months.  At that time, it was not below 40 degrees. When the expected installation date was approaching, I was contacted by the subcontractor who stated that he was told that my job had not been approved and he was not to do it.  I have heard nothing from him or [redacted] since.  I totally understand not being able to install the gutters right now.  My main complaint was getting no response and not knowing the status of the job nor if it was even going to be done. (I did get a lengthy text message after [redacted] received my Revdex.com complaint but even then nothing was said about the temperature). I knew there was an issue with additional money from the roof job but since my contract stated that the job would be done for what the insurance paid, I figured it was [redacted] place to deal with the insurance company.  My detail listing from them that accompanied the check shows that they paid for gutters so I understood that they would be done as [redacted] stated.  There was never anything said about not being able to install the gutters until the extra money from the roof was received.  I would very much like to get this resolved without a lot of animosity but I will not accept a response that indicates I have been being unreasonable.  Just to be clear, I have not accused [redacted] of stealing my money - only of not responding to repeated messages (which he says he never received).  If this complaint results in opening communication with [redacted], that is really all I am seeking.
