Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2016/08/01) */ First off and for most I would like to apologize for the way the customer feelsI can assure you the the information posted does not depict the events that actually took placeThe customer was traveling with other customers "separate packages" and all customers were made aware that its against policeOur company strives to guarantee customer satisfactionWe have our activation's manager call this customer multiple times "calls are recorded" and explain the issueThe customer understood that they would not receive the gifting because it was NOT a qualified package due to being against policyWe also worked closely with our client in the location to try and go above and beyond for the customerOur company went to the point of giving this customer a free trip to use after they returned home and the customer was satisfiedWe feel this issue is not accurate and should be removed seeing as how we have all the documentation that clearly explains to the customer the terms of our packages, and the outcome that took placeThere was no surprises Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 12, 2016/08/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was not aware of any policyMy wife and I traveled to Branson by ourselves in our vehicleNo one rode with us, we went straight to the welcome center once we got to Branson by our self We were told we would receive a packet in the mail for visa card and a free weekend in motel of our choice when we got home from Bransonwe did receive it but we were not told we had to send the packet to Florida and register it and sent a dollars to them before we could ever receive itWe couldn't even do that the packet info was sent in someone else's name in OklahomaWe called them and they sent another packet in our name this time but Florida said the certificate number XXXXXXXXX was no good according to them The two people I spoke to, the one that sold me the packet and the lady are no longer there with Marketing one I feel like the contract I have in my possession was not honored and if you promise someone something you need to deliver

the customer purchased a package from our company over the phone to Branson Mo for days and nights anytime in the next months for $
That package came with $restaurant card, $ticket credit, $visa card and we gave her a bonus trip as well at no chargeThis package was deeply discounted in exchange to take a hour preview of the property with *** *** Customer was aware the terms and conditions.*** did pay for her package with a debit card "which was never a issue" the issue was *** did not bring a credit card with her to Branson which then in tern made her package a NQThis was no surprise to the customerAround minutes and seconds on the phone call the customer was told in verification that they are required to bring a credit card when they go to the tourthe very last line of verification which is about minutes and seconds we read line of our verification that clearly stats: Now if for any reason you do not meet the qualifications of the package or if you lied to us, you will be subject to full retail for your vacation package plus charged for lodging and gifting Verification was read to this customer and she understood what was requiredI will be providing the Revdex.com with a copy of the call as well as the verification between the Marketing ONE agent and the customer

I called the business right at open and got to speak with *** *** by phone*** informed me they had internet problems last Thursday and they have been trying to resolve the issue since thenI was able to go over my package deal but I have not received my reservation email or confirmation of
my perks.Update: I did receive my confirmation email and everything seems fineI have noticed that calls are now routed to *** ** *** at ***
